These rates are valid during the 2020/2021 school year. The maximum date to make the entry is seven days (7) before departure. If the entry is not made or is done out of time, the offer is not preserved and the difference must be paid on the same day of departure.

To cancel, you only have to send an e-mail indicating your intention and the reservation data, in case you keep the thread of conversations, it would only be necessary to send an email indicating the request not to make the trip. **For daily payment reservations:** We ask that if it has not been paid in advance, it is done at most 48 hours before departure to facilitate the organization of reservations. **For reservations with transfer:** If this is done within 48 hours of departure, any amount paid will be refunded. In case of doing it during the 48 hours prior to departure, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded

The capacity of the classic boats is 145 people, of which fit **between 80 or 100 on the upper deck** depending on the Golondrina in service, it is the other reason why it is better to know the number of students: If it is a much larger group, different trips can be made (time, date) or even on two boats at the same time and day if there is availability for it.

If the payment has been made by transfer, submit a **photocopy of the receipt** , to exchange it for the ticket. **You will not be able to board** until the person in charge of the group presents the ticket at the boarding gate. We recommend wearing warm clothing suitable for the time of year, because even if the trip was close to summer, there is always a sea breeze or the weather can change and cool off. Sunglasses and protective cream can’t be missing either!

If a group sharing a ride with another school that is already on board is late, the ship will leave on time without waiting. In these cases the money is not returned. Another departure will be sought on the same day or if there is no availability, it will be moved to another date.

If there is availability, we will offer you the option of making the trip in a modern Golondrina without surcharge. If the weather is very bad or there is a very closed fog, the departure could be delayed, moved to another date or, if necessary, the reservation will be cancelled.
